... on a train up to Shilthorn. Elle and I went for a walk into town, and then were reading and waiting in reception for paragliding pick up. We met the instructors, mine was a guy called Pete. We drove up a mountain, and then had to walk for about 5 minutes to the 'launch pad'. The instructors rolled out their paraglides, and then Pete put me in the harness, gave me a jacket, gloves and helmet. Ready! Elle went first, and I could hear her laughing all the way ...
