... get up there! I jumped into my hire car and drove through beautiful scenery for about an hour.
The mountain trip commences with the underground funicular to Sunnegga. Close by you discover marmot observation points, and mini funicular rail takes you down to the idyllic Leisee Lake the scenery from the rails was magical I loved it. Came across the Zurich Tram Museum on one of the routes, so jumped off and checked that out. Lots of old tram cars going back into the 50's and 60's. Alsoo had way too many kids!
It was 4:00 by the time we got back near the hotel, so we found a good restaurant and had some authentic Swiss fondue, washed down with Swiss draft beer. All in all, a good day.
Tomorrow we leave for Munich.
