      A 14 hour flight completely without incident. Makes for a rather boring blog really. Arrived in Dubai about 5:30am local time, and had about 5 hours to kill before our connections.       We had a slow day today flying from Lalibela to Addis Ababa arriving about 2:30. Our guide gave us a brief driving tour of the city. As there wasn't much of the afternoon left by the time we checked into our hotel we decided to relax and take it easy.

      In the morning we took a walking tour of Stone Town. We visited a number of historical sites but the one that had the most impact was the site slave market where slaves were bought and sold until 1873. The Zanzibar slave market was the last of its kind to be outlawed.

      After lunch we took a taxi to the airport for our flight to Addis Ababa. We arrived at our hotel at about 8:30.

      ... Harare is even nicer than the first plane. The windows actually have a dimmer switch instead of blinds and your adjust the brightness, it's pretty cool.
