Our final days in Illinois were spent visiting with friends before we set out on the second leg of our road trip. Most of today's time was spent in Burger King. It was sprinkling and chilly. We left the hotel, all dolled up to ride the 2 1/2 miles to church. I had found the LDS church site and a local chapel location and we headed to the 10:00 a.m. church serrvice. What a gorgeous day. 1 rain delay for about 30 minutes in the late afternoon. Didn't try to ride in the downpour, see pictures. Another 750km day, leaving about 600 km to finish off on Sunday.
