My last two points are on a much less serious topic. The swans are black. Not white. In fact they think we’re very unusual to have white ones. The black swans look pretty cool in their ninja outfits and I think a lot more glamorous than their northern cousins. I think the UK should get some black swans to mix it up a bit.
My final observation is more a "what the hell" relating to NZ cuisine. It started with a bakery ...
