... but it was a blessing to the boys providing they can find the fault and hope for better weather Thursday. A long night may be in store and all fingers and toes are crossd again for a finish.. We woke up Thursday morning to thick fog and rain..not a good sign at all and a lot of long faces were seen. We all sat about constantly looking outside checking the weather.By mid morning there was improvement and by lunch time it was confirmed that the race was on. I yet again ...

I stand here chatting about the TT and other bike happenings on the island for ages. The kind gentleman informs me to return to my hotel in Douglas via the "Mountain Road" and the TT race track!!

... I still get awestruck when I see a dozen ancient artifacts, available to the public to see and touch and walk all around. These are not copies - they have made casts of them for the Manx Museum in Douglas, but the Manx government decided to keep the original crosses in the parishes where they were found.
