Day 19 - Hafslo to Elverum

... continued south and turned left through Elverum. Alison felt that as this was going to be our last night in Norway, we should lash out, and eat out. However, when we looked at the menus and found out that a cafe style meal would cost about £70, she had second thoughts. So we find ourselves in a car park beside a lake, nature reserve and swimming place. With toilets. We've had sausages, potatoes, home made ...

Bobsleds and Ice Hockey

I was trying so hard - and doing a very good job of staying positive and happy when we ...

He spoke a little english but managed to explain we were keeping his children awake with the noise. Felix apologised profusely and explained we were broken down and waiting for the mechanic to open in the morning. The man then said he had a little hytte down by the lake and offered it to us for the night.
