... I enjoyed my waffle and ice cream. Barry went off to the small shop and came back with some bite spray - a nice gesture but not enough to get him of the hook - 'but he was about to die' After a rest in the room it was out to the town to get Barry a Turkish shave. We settled on one near the hotel which made his face oh so smooth. No flames I. His ears though. Back to the hotel and just about to put my posh frock on when ...

... a small glass. That said there were a lot of people to feed, our group had 38 and there were several similar sized groups. After lunch we were back on the boat heading down river to Turtle beach. We stopped to look at the Burial tombs carved into the Rock face en route. We tried a few side streets in search of the view but ...

... quick drink before lunch, apple and orange over ice with a dash of kiwi liquor. Lunch again was basic but adequate, chicken, rice and a potato. A small fruit tart to finish. Afternoon on the beach, so nice without annoying kids! Evening meal of chicken and kebab from the grill followed by saffron Turkey. All finished off with pancake and ice cream. First sign of a poorly ...

... just because it was the first day and very busy. I followed egg, sausage and potato with some fruit salad and grapefruit. On a plus side there was a half decent cup of tea (or 2) in a good sized mug. After breakfast we eventually found the pool towels downstairs in the spa. The nice man showed us around and gave us his sales pitch for the full works - specially discounted of course. Certainly looks worth a return visit to use the steam room & ...
