... it seemed. It was disappointing but I decided that although I could jump in, there was simply no blood and flesh free route out.

I then scooted on over to We – the largest town on the island and had the fantasy of the first coffee of my day. A stunning white sand beach that is unfortunately impossible to rest on due to Horseflies. They are intelligent creatures, twice now they have worked out that by landing on my upturned, bikinied, wet, salty ...

... onboard account.. it's very easy to just hand over the cruise card to pay for everything but a good idea to check on it every day or so just so as to not get any nasty surprises!! We snorkelled for about 2 hours before we got cold and decided it was time to investigate the white coral sand instead of the water. As ...

... had decided not to bother investigating it further. Today, with a more comfortable seat, we drove down. The road ran down to the sea, where there was the most incredible white sand beach, flanked by palm trees. The water here was brilliant turquoise and azure, lit by the cloudless blue sky above us.
There was a long jetty, very solidly constructed, which we walked to the end of.
Immediately, we saw turtles. Lots of turtles. No, seriously, loads.
