... supermarket on the way to the flat and we arrived at Dallach 94/8 about 4.30pm. The flat has central heating so is very cosy, a living room-lounge-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed!(seems like single after our king) and a bathroom etc. the view from the balcony down the lake is superb. Sun 26th: Hired bikes locally and took off to Vintgar Gorge. What a beautiful gorge in the mountains with crystal clear water. Then we cycled down to Bled with freezing cold hands on the handlebars and warmed up with soup at a local restaurant. ...
... but he had a killer time. Show off! As a reward for his epic time Ryan treated himself to a croissant at breakfast. Much to his delight it was no regular croissant but a hazelnut chocolate croissant! I had fruit...After breakfast we packed up and headed to the train station. We had time to kill so I went to look for a post office to ship our Oktoberfest outfits home as we are not sure if they will be in style anywhere else on our journey. ...

Then we grab some food and head to the plane which is all running on time... shock of all shocks. Most of the girls catch some zzz's on the plane but me and Calves have a great chat.

I met a couple of Brits (Oxford again!) at the tip of the island (who had rented their own boat to get to the island and didn't want to go back because their arms hurt from rowing, fail) and had a chat with them about travelling - they gave me some great hostel recommendations for Bosnia ...
