          The Super Bowl began at 12:30AM on Monday morning, February 2nd, 2015 and my Patriots were playing! They were playing in my house in Glendale, Arizona and my family got to be there! Ugh. I mean, I'm not jealous...I'm in Florence. And I can't even keep count of the amount of times that I say/think "this just doesn't feel real."           ... that stuck out from the wall, and you literally take a shower on the bathroom floor, no curtain, no shower over bath, just you, the showerhead, and the entire bathroom.

          At least this shower had good water pressure, but the sensation of soggy feet AFTER the shower drove me absolutely pazzi. YUK!

          ... This is a big party night for the city, and in previous years over 20,000 headed in for the event, which culminates with a huge fireworks display launched from barges in the river around 11pm. There was definitely a similar number this year too, and after the fireworks, the party continued into the night. Us Italians love a party, and we finally got home about 2pm. Hey, we're still down with the kids you know!

          ... where two famous Michelangelo sculptures, "Night and Day" and "Dusk and Dawn" were displayed. After that we went to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore which is the church with Brunelleschi's famous dome (Il Duomo).
