    It's Florence in a day today with Nick joining us for the sightseeing. To do that Dave has to walk across town to the train station area to pick him up so leaves us to our breakfast. We meet up with him and Nick outside the Duomo – the morning is a crisp cool and most of the narrow lanes of Florence are still in shadow.
