Arrived 7am but didn't go ashore until 11. Berthed right in town so an easy walk to do some shopping. Saturday today so market stalls everywhere and really good shops. Ancona Friday 21st Sept Day 3 & 4
... It was a great lunch socializing and eating heaps of pizza!! After our lunch we then set off on another four hour road trip to Frascati!! By then we were all exhausted and spent majority of the ride resting until we finally reached our hotel in Frascati. We all unpacked and settled in and had a wonderful dinner which was provided by the hotel. ... that towered over the city streets. We got on the bus and certain people instantly fell asleep. After the 3 hour bus trip we arrived at Hotel Casa Mia and were shown to our designated rooms. After a little time to settle in we went down to our first official Italian meal which was delicious!
