... I slept in until 11:45..... haha... oops.... Stefania woke me up, and we walked to the grandparents house. We ate lunch there, and it was awesome handmade pizza. Figaro's or Home Place has nothing on an italian pizza. I met two of her cousins also, they seemed nice. I hung out at the house after that, and at 6 my host dad drove me to my "tutor" to have dinner. We drove on his motorcycle... which was terrifying... but the dinner was delicious ...

We always thought that we were at the top, but then we went higher! We went for a walk around the area. We went down to S. Segmente for an expresso and then up into the hills. It was still the same and we had a little break there - shared a flight of local wines and some meats and cheeses. No one does it quite like Italy. ...

... in Italy, the 8:03 would suit us just fine. 8:03 turned into 8:10, a manageable delay. However the train was still on the platform at 8:20 when we heard some commotion in the next carriage. We're not quite clear on what happened, but here is my interpretation of things. Woman tries to pickpocket man in full view of conductor. Woman is asked to leave the train. Woman refuses. Woman starts violently swinging her arms at anyone within her reach. Woman is forced off the train. Woman runs ...

... the square for a bit looking from every angle before happening into a shopping area (indoor) with beautiful marbled floors and fresco lined walls. There is seemingly no end to the art and architrcture in these city's. After absorbing an eyeful of what this part of town had to offer, we found a little cafe and had a coffee and brioche for breakfast, both were delicious and served by a thoughtful man that spoke perfect english ...
