Oktoberfest!
... we saw had only given birth a few hours ago so was a little anxious about being milked and away from her calf. The farm we went to is an average size, 12 milking cows! The barn they are kept in is great – so well designed and very warm. The farmer told us, through translation from Michael, farming is becoming a lost occupation as it is so under paid.

Im Gegensatz dazu haben Unsere arabischen Mitpassagiere scheinbar genau das gegenteilige Problem: Gefühlt 3,5 prallgefüllte Koffer pro Passagier. Es ist durchaus fraglich, ob in den Tank unseres Flugzeugs überhaupt genug Kerosin passt, um das ganze Gewicht vom Boden zu bekommen.

Exactly How I Pictured It
... to the beer garden under the Chinese pagoda in the center of the park. We spent a bulk of the afternoon here. Eating pork knuckles, roasted chicken and herring while guzzling beer after beer. Not long until the band started playing and crowds of locals came to enjoy the sunny day. It was great, intoxicating fun for all four of us.
