... Although the wasps decided to attack again, much to Tabbi and Naomi's horror, every now and then we would open our eyes to see them jumping around swatting wildly at the terrifying beasts. Katie was more efficient and brutal, stamping very directly on one without mercy. Came back for tea. Anna, Tabbi, Naomi and Ellie are leaving 11pm to get a night train tonight, not envious of them, and then heading home. None of us had a very appealing tea- we had noodles with 1 cup of ...

... going on to the Savica waterfall and a punishing climb that nearly killed me. This definitely counts as another touristy thing to do as the place was packed and we were charged money, much to Liza's horror. We were on a boat with the 8 of us and our guide who made the trip very entertaining. The rapids were fun and we hit them at top speed thanks to Anna's enthusiastic chanting which kept us all in time. She was named the captain of the ship. In true Oxford linguist style ...

    ... that's a bit of an exaggeration.
We did walk into the old town, that dates from 650AD however its fame really commenced from the 1600C,,they have tried hard to make the place interesting.... but for us one night was enough.
Its near a lake and it would appear that camping and water activities could be big.

We did find a very good Italian restaurant to have dinner at.
