        ... was full with Mercedes, BMWs, Audis from some distances away. I took some photos around the airfield for nostalgic purposes. The arena and curling rink at Baden appear to be operating as well. The former PMQ patch is a going concern. We had hoped to have lunch in Hugelsheim at either the Schwann or the Hirsch but both are temporarily closed. We had a great meal at the Grunner Baum across from the Schwann. We have been seeing a lot of such temporary closures. ...

        ... back in Cologne. It is nice to be feel normal, have energy, not want to take a nap every 30, we slept in a little and then headed to town for breakfast. We asked for an American breakfast (snobs?) and she sent us to a hotel about a block away.         ... and the different huts. I get my last Gluhwein mug at the final Christmas Market of our trip. I try to persuade Karen to investigate the next market at the church but she's done. Ok. We return to the boat, only a few blocks away.
