There is a little boy in the preschool, who gets picked up at 6:30 each day by his grandfather. This little boy brings me flowers each day. I’ve gotten roses, daisies, and yesterday, I got some fresh basil. In my two years as a teacher, with the exception of a Valentine’s Day carnation, I have never gotten any flowers.
