... for a while admiring the views and a paraglider who was flying around, before catching the lift down again to the restaurant and a coffee with a couple of plates of chips!

As it was still early afternoon, Lucy and I took the boys to the reservoir and hired a 4-person pedlo for half an hour. It was pretty exposed on the lake as you can imagine and the beach was packed with people lying semi-naked, slowly baking themselves. Not ...

A late breakfast at around 9am - we are getting lazier the longer we stay here and the more we relax! We had managed to book ourselves tickets for the Bear Cave for 12:25 so had the morning to kill playing badminton and reading. Back to the B&B and a leisurely walk in the evening past the reservoir where Grandpa and I taught the boys 'He jumped without a parachute from 20,000 feet' and 'I know an old woman who swallowed a fly'. They're so used to Polish songs, the lyrics were quite a shock for them I think! Ah, memories of British ...

... boards along the path for kids which identify various animal shapes in the rock formations such as Owl, Sitting Hen, Camel and Elephant, so plenty to keep them amused.

The views over the valley are impressive and hard to describe, but it is a very unusual experience walking amongst such huge, weathered rocks. The entire walk takes around 2 hours and there are plenty of great photo opportunities. The ...
