    Today started off as a lazy, at home, day and ended with a few delightful surprises. We spent the morning reading and snacking and lounging. Then came our first pleasant surprise.     Boy, is the state of Kentucky pretty! We entered the western part of the state and drove along picturesque route 80 and wound our way to the "Horse Capital of the World", Lexington.
