... was helpful in recommending walks. The weather was perfect so we had an afternoon walk up to the ridge behind the camp. The following day we drove to Ustrzyki Gorne, parked and walked up to Mount Tarnica ,the highest peak in the area. At midnight, we experienced our first proper border crossing and the first change of gauge for the train. The Ukranians love parades and gatherings. About 100 hard faced but smiling "Hells Angels" swarmed into the city this afternoon sporting Nazi Helmets and waving ...

... to do and by the time the last race finished, I was very ready to get into the warm and get some food.
The food in Sanok is meaty, veeeery meaty. Pretty much whatever you order will have a sausage in it.
We got to the hotel at about 11pm and had our first meal and first look at the mental decor in the hotel. The best was to describe the way the hotel was decorated was...castley...kind of medieval, creepy castle with a hint of Russianness. There were ...

Tomorrow at 8.45am we are off to Kiev by a 10 hour trip in the train. Took too long to put videos on the blog so didn’t ...
