          ... much less crowded Honolulu. No Americans though. Just lots of Scandinavians. A modern tourist getaway. Glad it's off season. Might look like a Vegas crowd otherwise.           ... Bit of tension in the air. The Kommondant is hovering. Ivan says his opposite number at the Swedes table is still furious about losing round one of what we are now calling 'The Cheese War'. So, all three tables agree to have the cheese platter. Ivan produces his usual tasteful arrangement of selected cheeses (nice Cambazola added tonight), dried fruit, walnuts for his two tables.           ... couple of weeks ago. But since we now had reservations in the garden, and both Jacques and Marina said it will be better, and a completely different, I went along with their words, and we truly did have a wonderful dinner, in great surroundings -- and my steak with mushrooms was very good. I am glad we tried it again. GM, Brandy and Turkish coffee time on Milena is still a lovely way to end our day, and thank each other the beautiful day we shared together. xoxoxox ...
