      ... but with great views of the river and islands. The room was comfortable but the taps in the bathroom were a bit confusing. The hot tap was where the cold tap should be so by deduction the cold tap was where the hot tap should be. This proved to be the case. As well, the taps both turned on in opposite directions. My left hand immediately adjusted to the situation but my right hand found it all very confusing. So I never knew if I was going to have a hot shower or a cold shower ...

      ... to get a window seat anyway. After the CBD we headed back home via a Factory Outlet shopping centre. Huge selection of good value branded clothing available here ie Levis $56. We took Mike & Carols dog Molly for a walk to the local park when we got back home which was entertaining as we had to wade through knee deep snow, passed a couple of local ice rinks that were covered by about 150mm of fresh snow.       ... around it, being surrounded by 'normal' Canadians was probably the most Canadian experience I've had so far and I absolutely loved it!

      ... I realized that coming here, I've gotten something that I may not get elsewhere.
      Be in the moment, building an internal awareness of myself.
      The lack of noise and people in my surrounding, gave me peace to reflect.
