... Sampere. Throughout this life-changing experience, I have learned so much about myself, the world and the Spanish language and culture. In these six weeks I have learned to travel abroad, navigate foreign cities and be independent at only twenty years old all while using a foreign language. It is truly quite amazing when I think about it. Now that this adventure is complete I cannot wait to see where my next adventure lies.

ordered seafood paella and it was fantastic. All of the seafood was so fresh,
and while we ate there were various musicians in the street, and it was very
relaxing. After dinner, we went to get Italian gelato, at a place with very
high ratings. It was perhaps even more delicious than the gelato that I had in
Rome. It was the perfect way to end our trip in Alicante. One more day!
Heading north to Valencia we stopped off in Rugat which is close to the climbing areas of Salem and Gandia.
Thankfully Salem has a number of walls which face East and North so we managed to get a full days climbing in and be in tne shade most of the day. Gandia was not quite so shady but we did manage a couple of hours in ...

Today after class I had attended the Archeological Museum of Alicante. I really enjoyed this museum because I was able to learn about the various methods and techniques that are associated with archaeology, the local geography of Alicante and periods in history that influenced the development of this port city.
