Kingston, Saint Andrew, Jamaica kevinpintoJamaica was my very first missions trip. I went with Shayna and Chad for one week and we had an amazing and eye opening experience. The water was beautiful and we went to ocho rios and climbed the waterfal too-it was so beautiful! We also witnessed poverty and need in ways that we had never seen before. We were able to minister God's love to people but honestly I think we all took away much more from this experience than we could ever give!

Kingston, Jamaica phantom1212I got a ride from the airport to the upper town. After check in, I ventured in the city and was soon offered some "stuff". Oh well, no thank you. The Bob Marley museum is quite interesting and probably the only notable attraction in Kingston (other than this feeling of being in a different country).
Kingston, Jamaica gratien... the gardens and book a massage. I won't tell you about all the little surprises they do for you! Mockingbird Hill is an eco-tourism resort. They're big on local products, conservation and recycling. That said it is also a very quite, restful place. Do NOT: bring any loud instruments come to party play any loud music If you ...

Kingston, Jamaica dorathexplorer... PNP) and her opponent is Bruce Golding who represents "Jamaica's Labour Party" (JLP). The colors for the PNP is orange and red. Although Portia is a part of PNP she has her own color which is yellow. The JLP color is green. Whenever I visit or drive through certain towns I see flags baring the colors of the parties hanging from business or lampposts. Also I see the words JLP or PNP written on the walls of the buildings in those communities. The election ...
Kingston, Jamaica teamclaudia... extremely wet behind the ears it has to be said but nothing another week or two won't sort out no doubt. Work is going grand. It's all reassuringly similar to the type of work I was doing before, not to mention the same issues and situations to be sorted out. No bother hey! I'm the only ex-pat on the team so it's a bit weird getting used to the accent but they are no doubt saying the same about me. The new boss is sound out though and there's ...

Check with a travel agent) Sorry about the plug, but keep your eyes open for cheap fares, I'd love you show you around. I'm excited to be moving on to the next step, training has been good and bad.
