    Out of a chance discussion with one of the hotel staff (thanks Carrie) about things to do in and around the area I learned of the Cross-Country skiing and snow-shoeing facility at the Chaplin Forest Reservation. As I have never tried either, off I went and had a great time - spent an hour getting use to Cross-Country skiing and then did an hour of Snow-Shoeing and enjoyed it too. Had I known earlier I would have gone several more times.

    ... on the coach we watched a movie until we arrived in Cleveland. However we did not go into the city, but stopped at the rock and roll hall of fame. Here we got free entry – due to being on Contiki and we had a few hours to explore the museum. There was lots to see here from the beginning right up to the present day.     ... was rather rainy. Vicki introduced us to a couple who were visiting the lot from (I believe) South Russell. The man was a councilman from there and since this year was their first time hosting our show, they wanted to come out and see what a typical circus day was like. We thanked them profusely for bringing us in and said we looked forward to the shows.
