... So I ended up shopping here in Patong (luckily they have a nice mall, it’s very touristy here). I just hope they hold up and don’t shrink or run and then wreck the rest of our clothes! It’s hard to tell the quality of stuff here. There are knockoff t-shirts, purses, DVDs, sunglasses, etc…out on the street, so who knows?

... on our peaceful ride back. Tour of Krabi- One of the most important things for me to do was to see all the limestone krasts jutting out of the water. We spent hours both in Krabi and in Panong trying to find a tour that would cover as much teritorry as possible and show us a ton of the krasts. Many of the tours added in tons of stuff we didn't care about and didn't want to pay for and didn't really cover much so we were very happy to finally find this ...

... after all. After many knocks I went back up to the reception and asked again if they had my key. They kept informing me that it was not there and I was starting to get worried. They said there was nothing they could do if it was lost and that I in a way was just SOL for the night since locksmiths would be asleep at 4 in the morning. As I started to panic I looked over his shoulder and saw a white envelope like the one I had given them ...

Yes it's everything we thought it would be, but surprisingly not as slutty as the movies make it out to be we bought some cheap clothes so be prepared to receive some stuff in the mail mum! We are about to go on a Tiget Trek tomorrow and after that we head north to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai and then we cross the border into Laos. We'll keep you posted on what's been and what's next. Yes, and it was awful. I stuffed and molested all the boxing equipment, pads, gloves, shorts, etc into my suitcase. Along with a few other useless trinkets, I was bulging at the seams. Nui arrived on time at 5:30 and I was greeted by Omer to share the ride to the airport. He was on his way to Singapore. I am having a really good time now, although Luke is still quite ill with his bad stomach, we tried to go the chemist but didn't really get much joy out of the guy in there. Ah, yes, welcome to Thailand and bustling, touristy Phuket! It's busy, it's crowded, it's beachy and markety in every way imaginable.
