... a 5 day Berlin Welcome card that will cover all public transport and discounts at attractions. Walked to where the trains were and then found I had no idea which platform to get the train to Berlin. I had assumed that there would only be one but there were several choices. I ended up asking a young man and he very kindly explained that there is a circle loop and then he told me which train to ...

... had three types of cake, cheese, crackers, humus and pita bread! And for the main event, Kristy had made totally amazing beer butt chicken (where the beer can is inserted up the butt of the chicken...) and then she made an amazing salad to go with it. Delicious meal it was!

Better go and get ready. Make sure I don't get hungry. LOL.

... while the girls wanted to see, read and hear everything. The only NZer we found was Ernest Rutherford. Absolutely amazing to see so many famous names in one place - there were so many memorials and graves there is barely any room left. No photography inside, unfortunately.

A change from curry for dinner - pasta tonight ;-)

Spent the evening packing. Listened to the Americas Cup final live on my iPhone - a bit disappointing.
