      ... and very pleased our colour was not "green" I'm sure!

      As we were walking the promenade from the ferry to the main beach area, Luigi showed us the row of small boats lined up....small they were, only two cross benches as seats. These were what would have taken us from the beach around the point into the cave....The Blue-Grotto.

      ... lift to the top. The chair lift would certainly not meet American safety standards, not much to prevent you from falling through! The ride is quite and serene as you approach the summit. There is a small cafe and viewing area at the top, just magnificent.

      ... what was called an Omelette Pancake Flambe. Thinking that it was some sort of local dish you can imagine our surprise when an egg omelette, on fire, turned up at our table. Not the way we expected to finish off the night but it did make us laugh.

      ... from Jax (Luis) come see us for a few days before moving on to other European locales. The summer flew by! Now that its Fall, Steph’s continued her cooking/baking quest and has even started weekly pie making the last month or so with a friend.
