Gatlinburg Town Village

It was aweful! We even own timeshare through their company. The room was horrible with the bed right up against the air vent which blew cold air directly on you while in bed. We tried moving the room around with little success. Finally moved to another room which was extremely small with no dishwasher or oven. Very disapointing stay. Will not stay there again.

we stayed at town square, 2 bed/2 bath. supposed to be 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom there was only a queen, and they had no other available rooms for us. the room itself looked brand new. fireplace, 5 cd changer stereo, 27 inch tv in living room and 19 in other bedrooms. leather chairs. very clean everywhere. the resort, if you call it that is old looking. the pools, 1 indoors and 1 out are both very small, the hot tub can fit 4 max. the elevator foe the main parking garage is VERY slow, take the stairs, it will save you lots of time. it is located on the street that takes you on a 6 mile journey through the national park, a must see. also town square is located about 2 blocks from the tourist section of gatlinburg, great location.

We have stayed at Gatlinburg Towne Square Resort several times. This is a nice place. It is within walking distance to downtown. There are many different types of rooms here. The rooms in Phase 1 are the oldest. They are clean and up to date. The rooms in Phase 2 are newer but not any cleaner than the other. Overall a great place to spend time.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo and the decorating was very nice. The rooms are designed for all the comforts of home. The grounds were kept up beautifully with lovely plants and flowers. This was a weekend stay to celebrate our 20 year anniversary, and we could not have ask for a more enjoyable stay.

We were at Gatlinburg Town Square this year during spring break and had a great time. The resort was wonderful and everyone on the staff was very friendly. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and a great view of a stream and woods. Our grand daughter loved both pools and hot tub. The resort is great because it is so close to downtown Gatlinburg and a nice walk or if you get too tired after walking around in town you can catch the trolley back up the hill. We hope to go back again.

This was our first trip to the area - my daughter wanted to got o Dollywood. We fell in love with Gatlinburg - the people are so friendly. In the resort we had a very large 2 bed apartment, huge kitchen, balcony overlooking the water feature, 2 fireplaces, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. There were 2 pools and an outside hot tub. So impressed - we will be back soon.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in,we were told we would be staying in the resort itself ,but got put in the hotel instead!It didn't have a pool or hot tub like we read on the paper sent to us.The beds were hard as a rock.We had to go to a sales presentation for a time share that was supposed to be 90 minutes but turned out to be 2 1/2 hours,which the sales people were high pressure ,that don't know how to take the answer "NO!",I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

We had a terrible time with this company. We were given a room in another hotel as we also "WON" our trip. The man that spoke to us was the rudest person i have encountered in many countries. We were basically told to leave when we started guestioning some of the presentation. I would never recommend this mess to anyone.The room we were given was one that if i had had to pay for i would have left for some where else.

I had a terrible experience at the Gatlinburg Town Square. I won my trip and was given the worse room they had or at least I hope it was.

There was no cleaning service while I was there for 3 days . NOt even clean towels daily. Then when I left they had the gall to bill my credit card $50 for a cleaning fee. This was all because I did not purchase a time share with them.

We had a great week here in October 2002. We had a balcony overlooking a stream with a lot of trees, a fireplace, jacuzzi and a fully equipped kitchen. We went on several great hikes, one up to the top of Mt. Leconte. This is not for vacationers that would rather be on a cruise and call room service all day. We have already booked another week at Gatlinburg Town Square in Oct. 2003.
