... many museums in New York are closed. When I got to the address on Avenue of the Americas just north of Canal Street in SoHo, however, all I found was a gift shop that was closed because of water damage. I called the phone number on the website to ask where the museum entrance was located and was informed that the museum has been closed for several years but may open again sometime next year. The lady insisted their website makes it clear the museum is not currently open, but I still ...
