... floods and devastation. A lot has happened while we've been away but we have been proud of the way our state has rebounded and are moving forward.

We're excited to be getting home tomorrow. We’ve been very fortunate through all our travels and have enjoyed sharing our adventures with our friends and family. We’re glad I wrote the blog because it’s already hard to remember some of the names of places we’ve been!

... Tuesday had turned into Wednesday. We were exhausted but you need to keep going the first day to get used to the time change. Germany is 6 hours ahead of US EST. Our hostess, Yvonne met us at the airport and took us to her home. It is a former villa and she lives on one floor of it. Very unique! ... YEEUCH! The rain was so bad at times I couldn't see a thing and found myself peering around my screen looking for the white line on the side of the road just to see where we were headed. ... during this trip and it too was very moving... especially the end of mass (more about that during the trip) and again I thought~ I AM coming back here and I AM hiking "the Way". I think Monsignor Al tired of all my questions~ lol~ but I'm thankful to He and Sister for planting the seed.

Now a few years have gone by.........the dream is still in my head...my friend Linda said she would like to go also... things were happening ...
