... beef), both of which are served in portions so huge that we almost weep with fear. Considering the fact that I’ve been righteously pure in my diet since returning from the Portugese retreat, this one meal is going to undo all my good work. Manfully, we do our best, but feel guilty at the fact we barely consume half of what is served, letting the waiter know that yes, we did enjoy it, but we’re just not built to eat half a cow each.

... looked like a gothic building, and there was a large (somewhat creepy) church tower nearby. Who needs an alarm clock, eh?

We are staying here until Thursday and then moving on to Wiener Neustadt. We accidentally googled the wrong hotel and got our hopes up thinking there was a spa at the next hotel. There is not. However there is one about 15mins away called Linsberg Asia Spa. We'll be going there on Saturday on our day off!

... I've got one of the seats where you can get your legs up, like a chaise lounge. I also plan to walk one of the hours I'm waiting to get some exercise. Our concert on Monday was in the main square in Berevo, a ten minute walk from the hotel. We didn't start until 9 pm.
