... dinner walk of the town (great way to ensure a good meal and not bad for practicing the language as well). Getting embarrassing to show any more entree photos so how about just the dessert tonight. Anyway, MJ had a pork steak with mushroom sauce, spaetzle and a wonderful salatteller. ... Nonnenweir and headed for Illhausern and Riquewhir, two wonderful Alsacian old towns along the famous "Route des Vins d'Alsace" Even though the auberge were we wanted to have lunch was closed for their holiday, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at an adjacent restaurant.

We awoke to a foggy day but as we headed south after breakfast, we drove out of the fog when we climbed and back into it when we descended.
