Jason tried to order a local dish - boiled pork knuckle but the waitress firmly told him not to order that because she didn't think it was very nice and he probably wouldn't like it either! She said it was very fatty and tourists didn't like it. He listened to her and ordered roast pork with a dumpling instead. I got a yum duck breast which came with a full bowl of red cabbage.
