Overall Zurich was a great place to visit, but we were about ready to leave. The views and the landscape are great, but we still couldn't fathom how people could afford to like there as expensive as everything is.

... if it was the tree...turns out Gongkin trees grow fruit that eventually falls and rots on the ground. When you stand on it, it explodes and the vomit-dog poo aroma sets on anywhere it hits. Unfortunately it was us! Grumble...grumble :S

... and busy cafes, we approach the striking Lion Monument. Carved into the side of a sandstone wall, this carving acts as a memorial to the Swiss soldiers lost in battle long ago. Awe-inspiring would be a fitting description of this memorial in every sense.
