North Korea wants travelers to book a tour with the state travel agencyor a representative (like Juche Travel). Once that is taken care of, you may submit the visa form. The visa will be provided to your travel agency in Beijing on the day before the trip to North Korea. As it will be on a separate page (outside of your passport), you will not have to face the consequences by your home country.
