... room after, then eat dinner. Ha.

After dinner Jill & I had a look around the shops which had thankfully cleared of the tourist locust plague and I finally found a watch that a) I liked, and b) was affordable enough to not make my credit card run away from the EFTPOS machine!

Meanwhile the dinner show was a bit of a bust apparently. The lady running it had zero charisma and from the sounds of it the only people from the audience ...

Over to one side stands the Mannlichen, nearly a 5 hour trek to the summit from here. Every day we look at it and think how great it would be to be ...

My roommate departs in the early morning, and I have the place to myself. I lie in bed and listen to the 'ssssh' noise of cars on a wet road before getting up for an extremely hot shower followed by breakfast. There's confusion about what's free and what's not (turns out literally only the coffee is free) but the nice hostel-worker lady makes me a Swiss hot chocolate no-charge (it's GF). Swiss style involves frothing a mug of milk ...
