    ... after he lost the Battle at Waterloo in 1815. Damaged in the war, and a new statue was made in 1957 from the original moulds. Since 1990 it has been a symbol of unity for Germans. Along the road is the Reichstag (German parliament). Similar in design to other parliaments, grey stone with pillars and big windows (Wellington), but with the fancy dome on top.     ... then a few beers later boarded our group bus and went for dinner. Decent group of folks coming from different places. It'll be cool to see how we all come together. Fast forward one full tummy later, it was laundry day and I'm laying down with clothes draped all around me :p.     ... walk around the Alexanderplatz and see the men " with bbqs on their crutch" as. Rickie calls them. They have a little grill that is attatched to them and cook sausages that they put into a small bread roll with ketchup or mustard.
