Today has been a great and eventful day. First, after we had some breakfast, we started towards Estes Park, which is located up the mountains, about 8000 ft, I think. It was a long, and to me a little bit scary, road. :) It was breathtakingly beautiful though. I love mountains and how majestic they look.

No blogging tomorrow, just checking out; a last visit to the bookshop and Walmart, our first Ihop of the holiday, and then the airport! Next blog will be from NeathL Talking of blogs, so far this one has been over 22,580 words, and has been visited by over 700 people. My blogs of the last 5 years holidays have been visited by over 10,000 people. Not bad eh? Shame I couldn’t make a career out of it!

Back in the USA
... duty free shop and we hit the bathroom before heading to our gate. The gate was about a 20 minute walk, but we arrived exactly as they were beginning to board. We snuck on with the "boarding group 1" and got our bags in the overhead bins without any problems. Wonderful Birthday Day
... the flat parts of the run to the main lift. But of course it was still quite handy to have the ski slopes right out the condo door!

Home Sweet Home
... with a caribbean twist of coconut, which was a nice change before exploring the town and beaches. Seeing as the weather wasn't great and the town did not provide for much other than surfing, I decided one day in Puerto Viejo was enough and began my journey to Bocas del Toro, Panama.
