... the bells, from Tuesday through Saturday afternoons this week (lucky us!) there have been free harp concerts by Luc Vanlaere at Sint Jan. I loved his creations so much that I went back twice to hear his unique music, played not only on harps, but also on stringed instruments he has invented, plus other instruments from around the world. It's more catering for the tourists on this side of the Yser River than where we are but I prefer to visit there and return to our quieter side. Au revoir for now, ...

... If you are reading this blog - I will let you work it out. The boys got their backpacks filled or a grocery bag to carry back on the tram to the cabin. The eggs made it but we forgot milk. Luckily, I was able to get a ride with the Goodfellows who had just arrived and needed to also go stock up for the next two days. They have hired a car so I directed them to another supermarket, the Okay brand! It was more like a small warehouse with lots more selection than the Carrefour ...
