Last nights camping was eventful! I was woken in the middle of the night by loud snoring...when I looked to see who it was I discovered a hedgehog ! It had snuck in the tent section where you can keep bags and was snoring so loudly!! We had forgotten to throw rubbish away in the excitement of the storm and the hedgehog had been investigating it, when we moved the rubbish he trotted off out of our tent..so cute though! ... own balcony overlooking the street where we can sit in the evenings, watching the slow pace of the locals walking by before we wander up to the Festival. Everything was delicious, and cheap too- it only ...

To be perfectly honest, today doesn't feel like it should be its own day, but rather an extension of yesterday. I never realized before that being on a plane surrounded by 97 teenagers for seven hours doesn't make the best sleeping conditions. I was able to get a couple hours, but I've been so tired today that it may as well have been none at all. It's really bizarre to think that as I write this at 10:55 p.m. in France, my family's only at 4:55 ...

... Apart from driving into a private car park for a small business we almost went straight to the Aire. It was quite full but there was a small space. A helpful man directed us in. But then he saw our bikes on the bike rack and his expression changed. He said it wasn't safe for the bikes. We would need to take them off the vehicle in order to fit the space and then they wouldn't be safe locked just to the fence. At least thats what we took his miming to mean as he didn't speak ...
