... track is a rutted , broken and sunken nightmare, best steered well clear of. I pity the frequent moped riders that we overtake, whose life is spent on this horrible inside track.

... a large group of people started running towards the train as the horn blared..everyone's looking at each other at this point- "maybe there was a platform change?".. Yeah in Hungarian!!! I suppose that's a bit disrespectful of me..what do you expect, we were in Hungary and funny enough announcements at the train station are made in Hungarian...lucky we asked. More people start to sprint towards this train so like sheep, Alice and I followed ...

Highlight of the day for me was at the Hungary/Romania border, got asked for the bike docs by a Romanian border guard, I gave him an A4 receipt from the hotel in Brno (Written in English) he had a good look and than passed it back with a cheery "Thanks"

Headed South into Hungary, on the back roads, the rain has stopped, the roads are good and with very little traffic I've had a fun day. Bimbled along at around 60 mph just taking in the sites. Temperature in the high 20's so all good. Managed to get 390 miles out of a tank so I must be taking is slow!!
