... hoping the big pandas wouldn't be snoozing! Much to our delight they were both up and having a huge bamboo feed, and even came to pose for our photographs. To top it off we noticed a small baby panda snoozing at the top of a tree! Seeing as we missed seeing the pandas when they came to Edinburgh Zoo, this was easily the highlight of the day. We wandered off to see koalas, wallabies, lions and tigers and bears, hippos, penguins, sea lions, elephants, bees, ...
... see all of Vienna and off towards the hills and forests of the surrounding countryside (will speak more about these later). It was really amazing to see the city from tower and gave me a better understanding of this city I will be living in for the next three months.
