... comfort zone again!
Afterward we returned back to the hotel which is really cozy and nice where we had a good 3 hours before dinner. In this time all 3 of my roommates slept but I took the time to talk to people back home, hang out on our awesome balcony and do some reading. The quiet time was much needed after the emotional day.

See ya!

We had ordered some cheese from our local farmer, so set off around 9.30am to pick it up despite the snow. Amazingly it wasn't as cold as one might expect because ...

... do not have much, if any, snow on the ground in the winter, and so it went from one extreme (no snow) to another where the snow was deep and in abundance on the ground, rooves, and trees. I had prepared myself concerning the town of Grindelwald. The maps I looked at online seem to have indicated the town to be ONE street. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that at least this ONE street (it was really that) was dotted with shops and restaurants. Not too bad ...
