    ... a massive Jenga / Tetris challenge to fit all the cases in the back but we did it! Fist pump moment of the day.

    We drove away from Lucerne through valleys towards our first destination - Mt Titlis.

    We can see why this one is so popular as it's super easy to get to and there is snow year round. Plus the summit is not super steep like some other mountains.

    Interesting Rotair revolving gondola on the way up, makes one revolution ...

    ... and in desperate need for a good cold drink. The temp out
    here has risen further and its beginning to feel more like Spain rather than
    Finally I meet up with the gang in a restaurant and a small snack is had
    for lunch.
    My plan now is to take one of the Interlaken bound trains and get off at
    the junction station of Wilderswil and board one of the old fashioned electric
    driven trains to Schynige Platte which I believe is located high ...

    ... 8217;t allowed to have snow in their hands unless they were in front of him on the track. Milly enjoyed eating the snow as she kept herself “ hydrated”. She particularly liked saying this word. The walk back was more down than up and we were soon at our endpoint ready to catch the cable car back down. We were greeted by a cute puppy frolicking in the snow. Once again, dogs are allowed everywhere, even on the mountains tops and walking tracks. Sally would like it here.

    ... sending a St Bernard up to rescue me. He was also had an exaggerated concern that our dinners booked for 7:30pm may be in vain. The town always looked not too far away but maybe I had reached the mirage stage. To cap things off with 30min to go a very dark cloud was on its way & then suddenly very loud thunder & lightning. Feeling guilty ...
