    ... other varieties seem to be popping up all over Salzburg - the kids love em!) to see the gazebo. I got a better picture of it this time. All in all, we covered a lot of ground, as the church they were married in was quite a way out of town. Made for a good lunch stop and enjoying the incredible countryside. It really is spectacular.     ... the end of that boat ride. It was so. And it was lovely. Reminded me of when I was in Bangkok a number of years ago, and was also staying at a much more lowly hotel accommodation, and found it a must to eat at the Oriental Hotel now and then! Not that mine now is quite in the same category, yet it is not Hotel Sacher. I had to take pictures - it was magnificent. Fancy suited me, I thought! Hahaha! More later... off to see how alive those hills really ...

    ... to end up. My perfect place for lunch. I know I am one, but it is those little finds which are a gift. The large fortress - Salzburg Castle or Festung Hohensalzburg was looming above me wherever I walked and I walked around and up and down for quite awhile trying to find my way up to it, to no avail.     ... popped a bag of fake blood on his own chest, and, though we couldn't see the package, it made a really loud noise and the two men could barely keep a straight face. Kaufmann and Harteros even made some mistakes but let them roll off, just apologizing quickly, laughing a bit, and starting over where the conductor indicated.
