    Great hotel after yummy breakfast left at8 30am biiking with Margaret and Richard (aussies)

    A morning shower (cos we could!) and straight back to the police station in Sondrio to sort out Lis' working holiday visa. It took a while, but she got it! Great success! We headed back towards Bormio and stopped at Tirano. After a quick lunch we went for a cruise on the bikes. It's warm today!     ... pleased our car is small. There are also hundreds on push bikes as well as the odd lorry, one of which was having trouble negotiating some of the hairpin bends. They were so sharp he was having to take two bites at some which really held up those behind. What with overtaking bikes and umpteen motor bikes roaring past it was a very busy stretch of road.
