... high light. Thank goodness we had the time in Gyor otherwise our opinion of Hungary would be very different. Of course we still have Budapest to go and I believe that is amazing.
Holidays here we come. We have a few days in Budapest so really looking forward to that before Paris.

... I think, so far. The best ever result and we still have one more day of racing.
Haven't been able to see much of Szeged as we went to the race venue at 7.15 am this morning and returned to the hotel at 7 pm. Just too tired to walk into town after dinner.
The thing about this level of competition is that it is all encompassing. There is not much time for anything else. Even being a spectator is exhausting.
The temperature here is very hot and quite draining. Hungarians are lovely people but they haven't discovered yet about the dangers of the sun. They were marshalling the teams an hour before the race and expecting them to stand in 30+ degree heat and got vey upset when the teams kept going to the shade.
It was very well run and went smoothly with the last race being run about 5pm. All in all a good day.

The team went off to have training at the venue this morning.
I checked out the thermal pools which is attached to the hotel. The medicinal pools were green and very hot but the first one had floaty things which I didn't quite feel comfortable there. I tried all the jacuzzi pools but came back waiting for Warren to return.
When he came in he wasn't feeling too well but we walked into town for lunch. About two hours on , he had a temperature and just wanted to ...
... br> Well two nights has turned into one night. They are going to be full the second night with a big group. So much for my reservation. I guess a big group beats a single traveller.
Not worried about that actually - not a lot here and think I saw all I wanted to see this afternoon. So happy to move tomorrow.
But moving is not that easy - well across the border ...
