To which we replied it's a much shorter journey today as its only about 180 miles and not 270 ish like some of the previous ones'. So we estimated 3-4 hours. According to all the planning and what others on the site said this sounded quite reasonable. We thought we should arrive at Lake Garda by about 3pm. We piled into Barbie and headed ...

... Ferrata complete with ladders, chimneys, traverse, slabs and crevasse sections. Ellie was great and put her gymnastic moves to good use in some full stretches. Renato helped support Ellie up some of the vertical bits that required some upper body strength, but otherwise Ellie did the whole thing and loved it! Steph managed it really well too although she said afterward that she was freaking out inside but ...

... there, or in the wardrobe" Steph; "Did you do a girl look or a boy look?" Mike; "Both and THEY ARE NOT THERE did you pack them?" (Steph hurriedly looks for herself and realises they are not there and doesn't remember picking them up from the utility room??? Oh no....) Steph; "I packed what was on the list, did you put them on the list?" Mike; "What list? There was a list?!?" Steph; "If it was not on the list it wasn't coming!" Mike; "Oh ...
