Private property, we can't go that way. We make our way back toward the piazza and come across an elderly gent sitting outside his house. We ask for the castello and he tells us we need to return to the piazza on the main road and then go up from there. We cannot cut across. OK, so we start ...

So we left Roger with his new best friend and the rest of us decided to visits a little village called Pescallo. ... for lunch. John, I wish I could describe food the way you do! I think this was our best meal. Ristorante Quatro Pass, on a quiet side street, was perfect. Quiet American blues playing in the background, we were the only ones in the place. Started with a glass of Prosecco (sp?), then prosciutto with melon. Jim had the "lake spear", which was shrimp, fish and grilled veggies, with a great presentation. I had fresh linguine with lobster and cherry ...
