    ... just smiled at me and asked what the date was. I said the 9th and she pointed at my ticket and it was booked for the 8th AAARGH! I booked the wrong day.     ... to the town of **** (lol). It took us a little over an hour to reach the train station at Garmish-Partenkirchen. We bought tickets and awaited to board our train for an adventure to Zugspitze, a mountain peak that goes by the tagline "Top of Germany". Not to be mistaken with the tagline for Jungfraujoch in Switzerland "Top of Europe". Zugspitz (nearly 3000m) is the main attraction on this route.
