... the bridge ride. We guessed it was 15 miles or so and it had several big hills. It was a nice ride by the bay and had lots of dog friendly parks. When we got to the bridge it was a huge pain to figure out which way to actually go to ride across it. As with anything government run it didn’t make any sense how they did it and the side bikes rode on and the other side that people walk on changed daily. So after riding around 20 mins ...
Another day in San Francisco. The day dawns sunny, but the forecast is for the chance of showers before it ends, so we set out for more 'walk about' while it is dry. There is no real plan for today. We have seen a couple of large church spires from one of the vantage points overlooking SF, so we think we will start there, then wander back to take some photos of the cable cars at the steepest bit, which we missed yesterday as we rode the car down this ...
... though. After Bo had phoned the information centre at Sequoia, we decided to give the park a miss and head back to San Fransisco. Chains were required on the vehicles entering the park and we were not equipped for snow. Another thing to add to the 'to do next time' list.

Hotel is nice to stay in, staff very friendly. The location is good, close to everything including transport. But there's a lot of homeless on the streets surrounding, making us not want to be outside at night. And it's in the tenderloin.
